Closely related to product development is prototyping. Our skilled and flexible prototyping team is able to handle all aspects of rapid prototyping of electronic products, including:

• PCB assembly in-house (SMT + HMT/leaded). 
  SMT assembly is done using our 2023 Essemtec Fox latest generation highly flexible pick’n’place and solder paste dispensing machine. 
  Reflow soldering and visual inspection included.

• Housing design and 3D printing

• Box build (PCBA assembly into housing)

• Components sourcing and PCB sourcing

• Cable assembly

• PCB design, down to 2 days delivery time

• Batch sizes down to 1 piece / batch
